T616 big problem att

Dudes,
I have a big problem with a t616 from at&t
My client told me that he went to another guy to try to unlock it.

There´s no way I can unlock it.
I used "rebuild sp ... "

Not only nothing happens... they IMEI # gets corrupt.
Also the four locks are closed.

I tried to flash it, flash it with t610 file, etc...

I need help with this.

FOR GDFS MAIN FLASH AND MODEM FLASH(SAME VER AS MAIN)

FLASH IT THEN RESET GDFS-REBUILD AREA USING OTP IMEI
