Help unlocking Cingular Samsung P107

Hi, I got a samsung P107 from Cingular (USA) , and I have tried all other unlock code for all the samsung phones but found no luck. Does any one know the unlock code for samsung P107?

one you can get the data cable then unlock it with WImeiV200_Service or get a friend with cingular to call in and get an unlock code

i have the cable and the wimeiv200 and i cant figure out how to get that program to read my serial port where i plug in the cable can you help!
