Offcourse the 7610 is a good buy, though if i where u i'd just buy it in the shop. If the thing is broken or doesn't work properly, ur screwed...

Try selling ur old contract, and try getting it on a new free post paid 7610!

Yeah, but thats not gonna be for another month in the UK, at least!! I plan to get an ex contract fone off ebay.co.uk. As its all in the UK you got more rights and a better chance of getting some of your money back if it all goes wrong. Depends how long you wanna wait i spose.
