please help with sagem dongle

i have a sagem dongle and jigs but am having trouble. i am using version 12 of the software and I can read phones perfectly but the unlock tick box is always greyed out. do i need to input some of the read codes into the phone?

any suggestions are most appreciated

when you read the phone all the info is displayed in the log screen..
you can't dirrectly unlock the phone...
you have to put in another sim card and when it say's payt lock or sim lock
you enter the code (which is located on the botton of the screen)
press ok and you phone is unlocked
