Use knok-phoenix to set a sp lock.
You need to know the service provider code.
Orange in the uk is 23433 and it's for lock 1.
One 2 One in the uk is 23411 and it's for lock 1.
Goto modify locks press on mcc+mnc and in the setup box press close and the modify value is what your sp code is type it in. and setup type is factory. press ok and the program shoud say sp lock initialized. That is the phone locked to a network.

i think he means a specific sim card.....
eg. lock the phone 2 orange sim number 123
if u put in orange sim number 321 it will not work.

i read that this was lock 4 set 2 auto? not certain tho!

yes, lock 4 needs to be set to auto... after rebooting phone it will lock to the first sim inserted in to the phone... there's been a thread about it a couple of weeks ago... you need winlock to lock the phone.
use the search option... if I remember correct I also posted the software there :)
