Handling Nok 3310 No network with software

I want to know if it is possible to solve nokia phone no network p[roblem with software.

yes you can if the phone has been flashed and the FAID has not been updated, try B-pheaks eeprom tools v3.1

or a common problem with 3310s is that the PA and diplexor need to be changed:)
