Motorola E365 Help

[Riddle]

Hello i have a motorola e365 . But it's locked , so i bought Data cable rs232 for Motorola E365 , and i tried to unlock it with 2 different kinds of software that i found the link to in this forum . But i couldnt unlock it , it seems that there's no comunication between the pc / phone . What shoud i do ?
