program installation and codes...help

hello... i'm just a newbie at this symbian thing. how can i install .RAR files to my 6600. i have installed .SIS and .JAR files but i don't know how to install .RAR files.. please help...

one more thing.. my friend forgot the phone lock code of her old 3650 and the password for the memory card. she can still use the phone but when she turns it on, it's asking for the memory card password and she can't use the memory card anymore. is there a way to get these codes without the use of expensive softwares..

any help extended would be much appreciated...

get winrar to extract rar files, they are like winzip.

or use iceows, from www.iceows.com

its freeware, extracts zip, rar and many more files. and makes zip files too.

look for the file "mmcstore" on the phonemem open it and the password is inside it. this has been answered before so use the search next time
