Nokia 6610 IMEI chip

Hey all,

I got a Nokia 6610, firmware version 4.74
The phone appeares to be IMEI blocked, so i'm needing a virgin OPT IMEI chip.

Can anyone help me out with this? :

- Where can i get one? (websites etc.)
- Anyone know the usual prices?
- Easy/Difficult to install?
