mp3 to midi conversion

I got some mp3 ringtones... It sounds like midi files, just in mp3 format - How do i convert them to midi, so it can be played on my phone!?

It's like all other "free"ware stuff, advertising and so on - It has nothing to do with your work - I checked out your group, and it is working fine ;) You should just have your own site!

I tried the Digital Ear software from your group, and yes i did make a midi file, but it sound strange...

You can convert mp3s to wav files (using Musicmatch etc)_and then save wav as 8 bit mono wav in PCM format using windows sound recorder ,these will work as ringtones.

I tried to do what you said, but when i try to download the file from my wap site, it says wrong file format...

Definitely works on my 6600 -convert as above then beam via bluetooth then open message and save wav file and itll be in your ringone menu.-Soooorted
