3100 mms sending problem plz help

i have got the mms setup from nokis and activated it but cant send mms it just saves 2 my outbox

you must have gprs enabled on your sim to send mms.
contact your network provider and ask them to send you the gprs settings to your phone via sms.
once you receive them save the settings to your phone.
