unlock nokia 3595

Ok I am really new at all of this so I am trying to find out how or what I need to know, on exactly how to unlock my NOKIA 3595 phone here is the IMEI I tried with some software one time and it didnt unlock so now I am here to ask all you experts on how to do this right. T-Mobile is the service provider also....

Also how do I know what type DCT3 or DCT4 this phone is?
