Flashing 3390, Which Cable?

Hello,
I've unlocked my 3390 but now I have a signal issue.
From the threads that I've read, it's now time to flash the phone.
I've found 2 different cables, which one do I buy?

The 2nd one isn't a flasher cable.
But it is good to have both because after flashing you will need to do stuff through mbus.
