Samsung T100 network problems

The samsung was not bought brand new
got it as a gift, so i dont know if it fell down previously
someone told me that its a software problem
the network just comes and goes off
i rarely have a full network coverage
can anyone help me

u sure its not barred??, if its makes a engade tone when called then drops the call = its barred,


if this is not ur problem take it too a local phone shop and ask them if they flash samsung its a simple process, the T100 cable comes free with the phones so every one got the cable, and the software is another the net some where as is the flash files ,.. search the BOARD!!!
