If you find it hard to follow just use a different program like Rolis or Knok.

use Rolis, Knok sucks (can't get it to touch my nokia) and Rolis is nicer to use too.

Good day guys... still situated on same problem here. Recently, i've just tried the DE JAN v1.08 flasher cable and encountered a not so pleasing result.
and so it goes. i had it dry run on a 5110 NSE - 1NX days ago. functions well initially - had it going from 0x2000 - 30000 reading was good
MCU CHK......... ok to CLEAR....... OK with the "staus bar registering NSK -1 1048576 bytes done"
Apparently, moments later a buzz sound appereared - coming from earpiece. so unhesistantly, detach the cable (sound gone) after re-attaching sound is on it again. Not just that, the 'model' drop down box changed from 5110 -5130 type...... thought of repeating the process was futile as pop-up window shows " COM 4 busy"....
i just can't figure it out correctly and having a hint that flasher kit is
at fault; need help from you guys... BTW EPP parallel port goes 378/IRQ7 type 1.9 and s/w used was a NOKDCT 3 v.4.79. tnx in advance
