7210 Switching Off

Hi,
My mate's 7210 keeps switching off in his pocket. It does it sometimes when he's using it too.
He always locks the keypad and the on/off button isn't too easy to switch off by mistake.
It's about a year old and behaves normally otherwise.
He does store a lot of pictures on it (only 98kb free shared memory)
Any one got any thoughts. Thanks in advance.

Many pictures make phone slow and hangs when U runing trough the menu...but not to turns off..try flash new vertion..hope it will help..
