contact service problem

hello peeps
i wonder if anyone could help i have a nokia 3210 i switch the phone on and all i get is CONTACT SERVICE and thats it and it wont let me do anything else with it , it dont even let me switch the phone off
i am a new user to nokia phones so i have no cables or software what so ever so any help will be apreciated gratefully

plus i am a new user to this so i hope ive put this post in the correct place

Please read Forum FAQ and Search before posting... there have been hundreds of threads about contact service.
Your phone needs to be flashed with new software. (Forum FAQ will also explain that)

if u still have problem, don't hesitate to ask.

just my suggestion. if u r in a hurry to fixed ur phone, repair shop could easily fix ur 3210. but if u r interesting in learning how, u r in the right place for sure... ;-)
