3310 -> 3315 = Weird Problem

Just upgraded my mums 3310 4.24 2 a 5.57.

OK.

BUT...... When i turn it on....

black screen.....
pin code.....
startup logo....
KEYPAD LOCKED!!!
'Unlock' Then *
KEYPAD LOCKED!!!

every time.... I cannot get it 2 unlock the keypad.

(also tried 4.47 - same result)

It's back @ 2.24 now.... and fine again. but she wants a picture editor.... dont know y?!

I had the same problem, I think it was the ppm checksum, or try new eeprom flash. Hope this helps..

I olso hade the same problem, try to get more flashfiles. Id couls be that the flashfile is corrupt.. so try some more.. It helped for me

The flash file was no corrupt, coz i used it on my phone...?


is fixed now.

flashed the full 3315 (inc. Eeprom) from my site 2 the phone.
fixed certain numbers... :eek:
flashed the 5.57 mcu & PPM
FAID
all done and good.

i think the solution is to reset the software.

Just reset the ui setting and everything will be fine...:D :D :D

i had the same problem, i just look for another good flash file and flash it back to the phone, :D
