help x600 unlocking

please could u help me,can i unlock an x600 with a e700 usb data cable,and ifso what software should i use and where can i get it from

switch your phone off and remove the sim card.
replace the battery and power it back up, at insert sim enter using keypad

this should unlock your phone(it should knock itself off then back on again)
insert new sim and all should be well.
if the above code dose not work try this one. again with sim removed!
