N7250i Software or Hardware problem?

I chnged in the Menu Settings/Personal shortcuts the order of shortcuts and I put games on the top. BUT now, each time I select menu GO TO or want change settings in Menu Settings/Personal shortcuts, mi Phone shot down and restarts! It is not possible to use it any more. What is the reason? :-?

ur fone has a soft wear probilm and all u hav to do it give it a soft waer upgrade
