Has anyone actually got Total irRemote working?

I've tried loads of different versions and they all seem crappy. On the website it states you can import your own codes but can't seem to get that working either!

did u get the program to work at all?? if u did try on a different device.... also when u test the program i suggest u stand very close to the device. it wont work on everything... for example it wont work at all on my tv... it worked on my vcr, and i had to download a code to the cd player to get it to work.

yep i got it to work but like ice said you have to be close to the device en it should be sound :) got rid though now cuz of the short distance it works at

yeah usually the distance is really poor and you have to be very close to make it work... but it depends on what your "remoting"... on my cd player i can be 1m away at max.... but on the vcr i can be about 3m away! so i can sit on the couch and remote it.... so thats good

ya i dint get it to work on my n gage it wouldnt even turn on it said sumn about an error and i downloaded like 4 different versions it seemd like on my phone and NONE workd....messd up

ngage has no infra red to use irremote.....
