Problems with 6610i unlocking

i purchased the 6610i in a Proximus operator shop in belgium
but my sim card is Base

I have tried 2 times to unlock it but failed

does it mean that my phone is unlocked already? since im using Base sim in a Proximus fone

I'm having problems unlocking one of these as well,

I've tried the code generator, for a 6610 and a 6610e (the 6610i isn't listed) and for both it gave me the same codes for o2 UK.
