I came on looking for a way to unlock my new 6230 so I could get my numbers off my old SIM.. couldn't find anything :(
but eventually after arsing about with different unlock programs and discovering the DCT-3 data cable for my 6210 doesn't work for unlocking (had to unearth my old windows 98 laptop to find that out, grrrr) - after all that I registered with the forum and used the auto generator on the site, and it gave me a code which successfuly unlocked my 6210 :)
so I've been able to put my new sim card in the old 6210 and copy my phone numbers on to it.
looking at them on the 6230 they're a bit mangled.. but better than nothing, and I can IR across the ones with multiple numbers.
oddly since the unlock my 6210 is now showing the line 2 diverted symbol.. though i don't have line 2.. weird.
still, I don't care. going to sell it soon.
