The first game from a movie to hit N-Gage. (You can't say Tomb Raider was because that was a movie from a game). I am happy to say I'm not disapointed, I expected it to be crappy and its not, its quite fun. The game is quite large 26.4mb, 2.7mb bigger than Tiger woods looks like I'm going to have to upgrade to a bigger MMC. The graphics is good, the sound is great, the gameplay is good I rate it 8 out of 10 (so far)
I'm totally in a Spidey mood today. Kinda like after you watch a Kung-fu movie when you karate chop every thing & every one u see.

man I hate those guys throwing the petrol bombs, they really suck!

im stunned actually, this game is great, thought the 3D webslinging is a bit choppy the rest makes that up.

i don't quite like it :( i was expecting it to be fun, but i think the controls sometimes get a bit awckward... spidey seems to grab to walls when i don't want him to...oh well, good adition to the game catalogue:)

Here in Italy EVERY Psx owner played only copied games ...
I think piracy helped Sony a lot.
Well, however, I'm not saying it's right to do so, it's against the law of course.
BUT, N-Gage has a beautiful thing called Arena ...
downloaded games can't use it.
I will buy Pocket Kingdom if it's a good title ...
I do the same with PC game, no multiplayer, no money.

Id say a small percentage downloads n-gage games...and they should also cheapen the prices... they cost 50 euros here... its stupid. The games are much simpler than a ps2 game, and the price is about the same. and yeah, few sales boost prices... 2 people buy 50 euro games, but 6 people would buy 25 euro games... theyd get more profit

on the psx thingie... ive been told companies loose money when selling the game console. The price of the manufacturing is higher than the sales price, and they only make up for the loss, and get the profit, on games. I'm not sure about the reliability of the source though

3 euro for games like Ancient Empires and 50 euro for Puyo Pop.
That's plain insane ...
there's much more work ( coding, graphics, game design ) in the first one than the latter.

actually, it only costs about £10 or less (not including labour) to manufacture a PS2. all the money goes on research and development. but hey, either way, sony isnt exactly going bankrupt. its not like nintendo which is practically a games only company.

as for spiderman - i thought it was a joke. even if i had an ngage i wouldnt pay £40 for something as discusting as that.

hey you guys.

I've installed Spidey 2 and i must say, this is the second good quality game for the ngage. It actually plays kinda nice. The 3d en 2d part are well worked out. and all in all I'm actually considering to keep this for a while on my phone.

The gfx are great, the give a good spidey feel to it. And the controls can be CUSTOMIZED :) (which we 6600 owners always love to see) for the 3d and the 2d part of the game.

In the 2d part you've got enough moves to make it interesting. The sound is good too.

But what I don't understand, is why Nokia makes these games so god-daimn expensive. You must be a real idiot to buy them. If they made them 15 euro's, it would be much more interesting, with the big production games for around 20-25. I mean, they just aren't realistic about this. What if later on the psp is going to be released, with games for 50 euro's?????? HELLOOOOO, who's going to bye a 20 mb game for 50 euro's when you can get a small dvd-size game for the same amount :-?.

Finally this is our payback to Nokia to make thing even between us consumers and the company who is always trying to screw us by introducing "new" phones a few months after we paid alot of money for our so-called "new" phone,.....get it ;)

hehe getting off-topic right now, all in all im pretty satisfied with spidey and Tony hawk, the rest is crap. I'm looking forward to:

Ghost recon, CoD, Morrowind, and pathway to glory

I agree with u Vazkor. Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2004 is the best Golf game out there even if it is that this ver . is 4 the ngage. I wonder how it fares on the larger systems like PS2, or even the Xbox versions of this game.

Tiger Woods on the Xbox is very good. I like old Links more, but Tiger Woods is one of the best golf games i have played.

Ok! :) Spiderman 2 on the Xbox is quite good too. More of my favorite Xbox games:

The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape From Butcher Bay. It has almost Doom 3 like graphics.
Prohect Gotham Racing 2. Best racing game I have played.
Fight Night 2004. The ultimate boxing game.

Can't think of any other games right now. I don't own an Xbox, but I play on my brother's when i visit him. The Xbox game I'm looking forward to most now is Burnout 3.
