How to use pc Connection on s60

IS there any programme tat can let us to use our phone thought internet using our pc connection ? how to use it ? i have a pal from irc who say create a new access point by change the access point name to my pc host name ? but i cant create a new access point .. i cant see the access point i creat in the default access point listed. any 1 can help me on this..
