vodafone germany don't use GID 1 = Lock 2

they use Lock 4 = IMSI Range

calculate with 141FFFFFF for 3210, 103FFFFFFF for 3310

3410 and 5210 have network lock (lock 1) only

for 3510 and 3510i (dct-4) use code 7
