You have a mistake in Czech operators list on page with generation unlock codes.
SPT telecom is not a mobile operator.
We have this operators in Czech republic only:
T-mobile CZ - 230-01
Eurotel CZ - 230-02
Oskar (company: Cesky Mobil) - 230-03
