hi there i wonder if anybody will be able to help me to start with, could someone please tell me how i remove the facia of the phone for replacement.
also when the phone is turned on, either with or without the sim card, the egg timer symbol appears but it stays that way it never goes off and the phone will not operate. when this has happened the phone will then not turn off and the battery has to be removed could anybody please shed some light on the situation that has developed with this phone.
