Ringtone Help Plzzz :((

Hey guys i have a nokia 8290 and a laptop with an infrared port i was connected with my phone and it detects everything fine even detects it as a nokia 8290, but when i try to send a ringtone over it stops and says invalid file format.

what format does the nokia 8290 use for ringtones?
any program reccomendations? websites?

i tried rtttl and midi but i have no idea what i am doing :/

i just tried to send but it wont work :(

You'll need either logo manager or oxygen phone manager, The ring tones need to be sent to the phone as a text message. I recommend Logo Manager as it is really easy to use and simple to set up.
