Prodigy flashing problem dct-4

Hi i am having a problem flashing dct-4 phones, i tried this on a 7250i and a 3510 > when i plug the cable it to the phones, it goes into test mode stright away and then when i try to flash prodigy brings up an error and says cant set the phone into flash mode(or similar) > I have a feeling it could be the fls(dir) files i am useing as i have rebooted my computer and had to reinstall all the files again. If anybody can direct me to download them then that would be great.
