Help with Nokia 3595 AT&T

my aunt sent me a Nokia 3595 running on 850/1900 Mhz.
Im from the Philippines and our 3 Networks, Digitel, Globe and Smart runs on
1800, 900, 900/1800 respectively.

is there anything i can do (besides taking it to a Nokia Service center or somthing)
so that i can use the phone here in the philippines?

you cant use it...simple as that

the spectrum the phone uses is based on hardware...you cant simply 'reprogram' it to run ...

so i guess there is no software that i can use to tweak the fon so that
the frequency can be lowered.

is there any IC that your going to change in order to make it work? i think
that is what they do here in the philippines to make it work.
