Hi, i'm from switzerland and my mobile don't accept any other simcard than sunrise.
please help me to unlock it.
I got the code from the calculator, but it doesn't work...

I have the same problem...I receive "Not allowed" and then the display is empty and I have to turn off/ on the phone to get back. Maybe we went over the limit of 5 try's??
The second code shows "sim not restricted" but I can't use any other cards..hmm? :-?

Have U tried unlocking via data cable and sw? Maybe this is the solution.
