Need help for 3310 ver 4.35

Sorry you can't do it via a normal data cable, however you will need your datacable. First you need a special dongle called a flasher cable. This allows you to upgrade your phone. You can either buy one or make one...search the site for more details. After that you need a program to flash it and the flash image. Also search for that. After all that use eeprom tools and your datacable to update FAID or else you will have no signal. If you search around first you'll find numerous posts as well as more detailed instructions on how to do this.
