Hi all, although I have only just got into this I have already successfully managed to clone 1 sim when I try my pre paid Voda card with either Simscan or Cardinal I within a matter of seconds receive the above message and all stops.
If I elect to use the "old" version of sim scan then it appears to work but is very slow indeed. Any ideas how to rectify this ?
A further question (if anyone has time to help) is if I use Simscan to read and then Cardinal I get different IMSI numbers ?? why is this.

Ps forum is very good hence my first time success.

THANKS
Phil

I'm having the same problem with Cardinal 68 and Sim scan 2.02 returning "No bytes in input buffer. Check the card". I am successful in reading the IMSI number from the cardinal program. I haven't tried my Cingular SIM yet, but my AT&T SIM is giving me this trouble. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

More info: Tried with A38 limit enabled and disabled, still no KI number. Anyone out there to help?

I was able to successfully read the KI from my Cingular SIM smartcard...<sigh>, now I must only get the AT&T SIM card read...weird error message, wish someone had some insight.

FYI -- Sim scan 2.02 and SIMSCAN read the KI and IMSI from the Cingular SIM card in < 1.5 hours.
