3650 R.i.p?

I have a 3650 with Tmobile and I have installed a lot of softwares in it it worked fine for a long time. Now, my phone won't strart up it shows the NOKIA logo and slowly fades. At first I thought it has no power left but I tried charging it and it won't even charge. :-? This has happened twice now. My first one was replaced because its warranty hasn't expired yet but now I don't have phone insurance/ warranty. Is there a way to fix this? Help...... :sad:

u nid to have any dct4flasher, except for the cheap flasher for you to fix this

Im a filipino but ilive here in the US. so theres no way? where can i get the flasher?
