3310 problem, seek help at the earliest :)

hello guys,

i'am getting problems in doing back up of my nokia 3310 v4.06, when i connect my flasher cable and click on read but the

phone dosent respond. after doing backup i want to upgrade that phone, so can someone tell me what could be the problem ?

i can make sure that there is no problem in the cable coz my another 3310 connects perfectly with the same cable.

is there any other software to make backup for or tell me why is cable not contacting with the nokia phone ?

i guess the problem is all about the battery that do not contact with the phone after connecting flasher or mbus cable. i even tried changing the batteries and raising the pins but still there was no success, so is there any other solutions to solve this problems ?
