Just thought I would mention these incase you are unsure what your phone is locked to:
Sorry if these have been mentioned before.

SIM-LOCK CHECKS:
#PW+1234567890+1# = GIVES PROVIDER-LOCK STATUS
#PW+1234567890+2# = GIVES NETWORK-LOCK STATUS
#PW+1234567890+3# = GIVES COUNTRY-LOCK STATUS
#PW+1234567890+4# = GIVES SIM-CARD-LOCK STATUS

Hi!

Those codes are not special. It is the same as enter any other mastercode. Be aware: If your phone is locked, you will lose 1 of your 5 attempts by entering a wrong code (which 1234567890 obviously is).

On DCT-3's you will get a message telling that SIM is not restricted if you enter a mastercode (1234567890 for instance) on a unlocked phone. If it's locked you will get "Code error".
On DCT-4 you will get Code error regardless of lock status.
