go to www.gsminfo.pl and u will get the pinouts for these phones. u will need to sign in. use your dongle s/n to get in.

Left to right with the face upwards and socket toward you there are 18 pins

Tx is pin 11

Rx is pin 10

GND is pin 6

if you want to use a serial port you might want to use a max232 chip > shove it on a board with a few capacitors.
