I get the following message very frequently when I switch on my N-Gage "Device Startup Failed - Contact the Retailer - N-Gage Problem".

I have to restart it twice or thrice, then only it boots. This problem occurs especially when I switch on the phone after charging it.

Can anyone help me out with a solution please.

is your phone still under warranty? you better take it to nokia care ;)

Take it back 2 where u brought it. It might have been 1 of those refurbish models that u got. And they sold it 2u new it happens @ times.
