3650 reboot problems

I have a nokia 3650 and one day out of the blue I tried to turn the phone on, the following happened:
The phone turned on, displayed the nokia logo for about 3 seconds then turned itself off. It then restarted itself about 4 times before it turned off completely. I thought the battery was dead but I have tried a different battery and the same thing happens.
Has anyone had this problem or can anyone suggest a remedy?

I guess u can't do anything about it. My N-Gage had a similar problem a week back and after having it sent to nokia service center, they said that the power ic was burnt. This ic is responsible for checking how much power ur battery has. When this is burnt, everytime ur mobile requests a battery check on startup, the power ic fails to respond back, and so this causes the mobile to restart and then shutdown thinking that u don't have enough power to run ur phone. Not only that but u'll also notice that ur mobile phone won't recharge. This is due to the burnt power ic. I hope if anyone comes across a solution for this to share it here.

same thing is happening to my phone!!thought it was crashed but now i no its different.sure ders nothing i cant do????

i have an n gage!!and b4 it jus suddenly shut off it sed "general system error"

den kinda shut off den on again to the main screen and went off and the same thing is happening as u sed above!!

how much wud it cost to get it repaired????my screen broke b4!!and im not spending 150 euro to get it fixed as i did b4!!

hi, u can try out the faq for phone not starting in symbians faqs.

if it doesnt work, u can try flashing ur phone @ nokia, which is free if phone still under warr.

tnx!found out i had a years garauntee on the fone,so it got sent away to be fixed!!

looks like il be waiting weeks for it!!dey take so long to come back!!

i had a look at the faqs ages ago by the way!didnt work for me!!tnx anyway!!
