How do I enter the unlock code for Nokia 3510i?

Hi, I have got my IMEI number, and I used the Nokia Calc / Unlock Codes Generator program on this site, and have now got the unlock code for my phone. My question is though were do I go into to enter the code? Is there somekind of test menu, that you must go into to enter the unlock code?

As I remember with my old Sagem MW3020, I had to enter the setup test menu first and enter some codes before I could enter the unlock code for it.

Anyone who could tell me how to get into the Nokia 3510i setup test menu would be very appreciated. For example, what codes and stuff do I need to enter into the keypad before I can finally enter the unlock code? Could you please do a step-by-step guide.

Just type it while you are at the main screen.

To access button + you have to press twice * within less than a second.
To access P just press * three times within one second.
To access W press * four times within one second.

Only try the same code once.

Post also your +1 code to be checked in this forum
you can try using code +7. I always use this first.

Don't post your IMEI.
And yes... Try +7 first.
