6820 not an option on the online calculator?

i need to unlock a Nokia 6820b. my problem is that there isn't any option for that particular model when i try to use the online calculator.

i also came across a thread (http://nokiafree.org/forums/t65164/h/s.html) that mentioned that the online calculator doesn't give the correct codes for the 6820a. any idea if that also applies to the 6820b?

I just did my 6820b yesterday.. all I did was pick the provider it was locked to.. selected 6800 from the list and .. presto! it worked.. < phone restriction off >

I have the same problem with Tequilagirl, also cannot get my ATTWS' Nokia 6820 unlock using 6800 substitution. Which code generator did you use? I used Griffin algorithm.

I got N6820b i just unlocked it yesterday with no problems

directions:

put IMEI, then select network USA AT&t Wireless, GEN: New Griffin, and then select model Nokia 6800.

I was also able to unlock the phones using New Griffin generator, and then model Nokia 6800. Both after the first attempt

Ditto. I have very carefully tried the 6800 code and the 6820a code (from the download software) on my 6820b type RH-26. It says "Code Error". Used "New Griffin" algorithm. Three tries remaining.

Asic 2
Custom (NOT 'V2')
Box Serial (key): 32835

These settings worked for my 6820b on the first try.

These settings are intended for use on the NokiaFREE calc v3.10
