I was told that some buddies in Malaysia can make calls without cracking the Ki of the IMSI. If it is the case, we don't need to buy Dr. SIM. I wonder if it is true.

hi.Brakk_

I asked my firend, she said it is true. She did not know how to do it but she had made calls on the street and was using a mobile phone. she needed to pay money to an operator on the street, but she later found that the operator is illegal

I dobted how they can make it work.

pay money to an operator on the street

i don't understood what u mean..
does she buy 'sort of' card who permit have calls by putting a long numbered ''prefix" before real phone number
eg : 3512#serial_number#code*06phone_number
(just an exemple ;)
if she does, may this number are stollen or generated (in this case it's 'interesting' ;)
if i'm in wrong way just try re-explain plz ;)
