Dump_menu.nrx for 6110/6150

This is my contribution to nokix users.

I noticed that dump_menu wasn't compatible with older versions of 6110 (below 5.30) so i studied mcRAFF's script for 3410 and managed to do the same for the 61xx series :D

and i'm editing others with patterns valid for all phones and, when not possible, with adition of patterns for 3410/2100 (very similiar sw)

great work, but please put some comments in places where you have modified the scripts. I would like to transfer your changes into new scripts versions I have developed and this would help me alot.
