got a problam unlocking 3310

i took the imei and the network code
im using orange israel
i got a code to put in the phone to unlock it and he said

code and marked an v sign..

but when i enterd another sim card from a diffrent company and he said
sim card not good....

what to do?

i did not understand which message you got.
Was it a somthing like "succes" ?

If so did you try code +2 ?

I have the same problem with Orange UK will not accept 2nd code!

may be it is loked at other level, there 4 level on DCT3
Lock 1 : MCC+MNC (Network or landsspecific)
Lock 2 : GID1 lock (SIM-card typ)
Lock 3 : GID2 lock (SIM-card typ)
Lock 4 : MSIN lock (SIM-card specific lock)
