hex for unlockking's box

I just ran into this...
instructions are to recompile the bin file for pic16F876...

I'm not sure if it's for the schematics released with that joke hex.gif file...

Also I don't know how to recompile this... but I'm sure anyone of you has this knowledge...

Someone claims that it's an update for FPS-8 or FLS-4 which is placed on the same directory of phoenix...anyone to confirm or refute this?

This mmcu206 is only an update algho for dongles to flash correctly new sw in new nokia dct4 phones...........
