i try to upgrade my firmware, and now just say CONTACT SERVICE, what i have to do? to resolve this?1

What specific model and what sw did you use for flashing? :confused:

use nook tool 18
update faid
clear sp lock
then change imei to your old number

finish...
that's it

now i have a problem,he say thay my network dont work, he is blocked :( if i use nokia flasher to unlock, the phone dont catch signal :( anyone have a solution? i only have the flash cables, and DLR-3 :( anyone can help-me please :((( i'm desesperated :( sorry my englhish, i'm portuguese :)))

to unlock the phone you can use nook tool 18. please see my msg before this one.
and by the way you have using m-bus cable. (sorry DLR 3 will not work with this software)
