noobie question

ok guys, i have stupid question. I want to upload ringtone. Electric eel from Nokia 5210. I have RTTL, its speed is 614. When i put this rttl into Logomanager, speed changes to 635, and when upload it, electric eel sounds stupid.
How do i upload? I have only DATA cable, dont have flasher.
Can anyone help?

If you don't have Logo Manager, then get it... (www.gsmschwantz.tk or napalm.all.at)
There you go on the ringing tone manager (In logo manager)
you delete the brahms "text". Put in the new one. (Make sure to have ur mobile ON) you push the "To phone" button. Youll hear a beep, and thats it...

Rodrigez: First of all, how did you get that tone in rttl?
I suppose someone converted it from .re, and that don't work very well. I don't think tones like that is possible to upload as normal ringtone, without mess up the tones. I've tried some also.

Get yourself a flash cable and add all the 5210 tones to you flash! If you do it that way, they will sound the exact same... :)

Im used PPMManager 1.0 by tnp. 5210 flash file. I think he automatically convert from .re to rttl.
I go to buy some flasher cable.

Don't use PPMedit by tnp. There is a much easier way to do it.

Get PPMmanager.

I've atteched .re tones from most nokia phones. Just select the tones you want, and use the "tone chunk" -> "add one or more melody files" and selct the files. Dont select more than about 8 files at the time.

The "tingle" tone and "jitters" on 5210 is also very cool!
