I did "transfer user data" having two nokias connected at the same time to gnd and mbus. "Master" nokia was 3330 and slave was 3210.
I have a hell'of'a problems now. 3330 simply screamed Invalid phone types while my (poor) 3210 contact service. Now I'm screaming how can that be and trying to solve the problem.
Anyone knows anything about this? Help? Please?

Of course you get such errors and problems! The 3330 has 4MBytes of memory while the 3210 has 2MBytes.

1) Download a mcu+ppm flash for 3210 (must be <2MBytes), if you don't have one, and upload it to your phone.
2) Connect it with a f/mbus cable and turn it on without any sim card.
3) Using knok-phoenix-1 (I prefer it most):
i. update FAID
ii. reset to full factory settings
iii. reset sp locks
I think everything will be ok.

Um.. I did as you said, I made CPU and PPM flash backup b4 i did anything else.. I flashed full flash (2MB, from 0x20000 to 0x400000 (+- one zero)), worked oky, but it went wrong onwards.
In kNok i tried using: Set FAID and Quick set FAID both screamed:
MBUS_SecurityCommand : cannot execute 'Get MSID'
I tried continuing with all other steps you described but still no luck, still CS. Then I went to see what's going on in WINTESLA and got the following data from Variant reader:

You need to put new eeprom into phone that should fix it, but on the 3210 eeprom is stored on chip not on flash so a little bit harder to fix.
