Anyone seen this message

Sim Card Registration Failed

Its a new O2 Pay as you Go sim card in the 7250, I was previously using a works T mobile card which worked OK. I even tried a friends O2 card a while ago and that worked also.

knackered sim card then.......

you could try gently polishing the gold bit's on the back of the sim card with a cotton bud.....might be bad/dirty contacts

Hello,

Problem might be that the Phone was BLOCKED by the Network! Try using other SIM CARD but same Network, if the same ERROR message appear then definitely you can no longer use the Network service.

Put in a different Network SIM CARD, if no "SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED" appears then better use a new SIM CARD from different Network Provider.

I have the same problem but with a 7210. The phone is T-Mobile but i unlcoked it so i could use my orange chip in it. The next day i swithed my phone on and it said Sim Registratin Failed. Is there any way to unblock it?
